Subject: Affiliate Transaction law The Borrower shall not, and shall ensure that none of its Material Subsidiaries, directly or indirectly, will, conduct any business, enter into or permit to exist any transaction or series of related transactions (including the purchase, sale, transfer, assignment, lease, conveyance or exchange of any property or the rendering of any service, the making of any loan or guarantee or the creation of any other contingent obligations, whether directly or indirectly) with, or for the benefit of, any Affiliate (an “Affiliate Transaction”)Можно ли такую сделку назвать "аффилированной"?
