Коллеги! На носу дедлайн, остался кусочек текста, с которым есть затруднения. Речь идет об антивибрационных элементах генераторного оборудования. Вопрос, собственно, в том, как обозвать mat and pad элементы.

Mat and Pad Mountings

a) Mat and pad mountings shall comprise configured synthetic rubber (or elastomer such as neoprene) in compression between two rigid and flat surfaces.

b) Mat and pad mounts shall be cut to the appropriate size to provide the specified minimum static deflection, however, no pad shall be smaller than 50mm x 50mm x 5mm.
