Doublecheck that "4% basis points" - imho, it doesn't make sense. Should be rather "4 basis points". A "basis point" in investment banking \ commercial banking lingo is 0.01 |

Извините, недопечатал - " ... 0.01 OF A PERCENTAGE POINT" Example - If L.Rate is, say, 3.25%, then "4 basis points above" that - will be 3.29% |
