Disclosure Schedules - они часто встречаются в разных договорах, а как правильно обозвать не знаю.

Выражение встречается в следующем контексте (америкосный договор о продаже акций - раздел интеллектуальной собственности):

The Company or its Subsidiaries exclusively own, free and clear of any and all Encumbrances (other than Permitted Encumbrances), all Scheduled IP designated on Schedule 3.14 of the Disclosure Schedules as owned thereby and all other Material Intellectual Property other than Material Intellectual Property that is licensed to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries by a third party licensor pursuant to a written license agreement that remains in effect.

Обнаглею также заодно спросить, как правильно звучит перевод free and clear of any and all Encumbrances (other than Permitted Encumbrances) - без каких-либо обременений (за исключением разрешенных обременений)? - что-то как-то плехо...
