Usually names are transliterated phonetically in such a case, for instance Russian authorities transliterated my name (Reuben Black) as Рубэн Блэк the last time I was there. Ha, the ridiculous thing is they back-transliterated my wife's surname (she's Russian) on her загран as Blek, lol. Transliterate it the way the parents want it into Russian - a name is a personal thing and the parents have the right to dictate the way it's spelled, not some jumped little official... |

| У нас имя руководителя по-русски во всех документах пишут как "Даниель", но по поводу свидетельств ничего не скажу... |
