договор подряда на выполнение проектных и изыскательных = a contract for design and survey works

A subcontractor can be a person or an organization taht performs any type of works, including design, plubming, construction ,electrical, engineering, etc. It's a general term. Then in the section Subject of the Agreement it is defined in greater detail.

You may, if you want, call it a "contract for design and survey works", but you may want to see how often this exact term comes up in google or any other search engine. I'm not insisting that google is the end-all authority on these matters, but it certainly gives some idea of the frequency of use of some terms.
