Уважаемые переводчики, оцените пожалуйста качество перевода!

В случае утери книги студент должен возместить ее 10-кратную стоимость ("Правило о деятельности библиотечных учреждений" от ХХ.ХХ.ХХХХ № ХХХ)

In case of any lost book a student should pay 10-fold cost of the lost book (Regulation # ХХХ on Library Institutions Activity of ХХ ххх ХХХХ)

Based on the above written rules.
Should any library book be permanently lost through a student's fault or negligence he/she shall charged with a fine of/equivalent to [at the rate of] 10 times the price of the lost book.
