Hum Groups

Use a Hum Group to:
• Establish previous experience.
• Establish current options and knowledge.
• Explore the benefits of the content of a subsequent piece of training
• Build comfort level.

There are three phases:
• Hum 5 minutes
• Feedback 5 minutes
• Discussion 10 minutes

HUM
1. Put a carefully phrased statement onto a фліпчарті or overhead projector.

2. Brief the group to work in pairs to discuss the phrased statement.
