имхо, лучше "increasing consumption still remains low" without "increase"(чтобы читатель не смотрел на это предложение пять минут, пытаясь вникнуть в смысл)

"потребление пива на индивидуальном уровне" действительно плохо. но "per capita consumption" тут тоже не надо. "per capita" надо, когда приводятся цифры.
"мировые стандарты" потребления пива? disregard. НЕТ ТАКОГО!
