ИМХО, required to allow the data interchange - "необходима для обеспечения возможности обмена данными" а "the routing of the data via an accepted Third Party Service Provider is allowed for the sole purpose of performing the conversion" - передача данных при помощи третьей стороны по согласию обеих сторон !возможно! исключительно с целью осуществления conversion. Что-то вроде того.... |
