Local modular electric-power stations are compact facilities, consisting of several blocs, each of several tenth kilowatt of power.

Local packaged power plants [stations] are compactly designed ones consisting of/incorporating/comprising several modular units, each producing dozens of kilowatts of power/having capacity ranging within dozens of kilowattsю

Local modular plants are compact facilities consisting of multiple power units with electric capacity of several tenth kilowatt each

... units each with electric capacity of several dozens kilowatt

power capacity
+
т.е. with a power capacity of several dozen kilowatts

 10-4

Local modular power plants are the compact plants of pre-planned capability consisting of several modules few tens of kilowatts each.

Power rating
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Jump to: navigation, search

In electrical engineering, the power rating of a device is a guideline set by the manufacturer as a maximum power to be used with that device. This limit is usually set somewhat lower than the level where the device will be damaged, to allow a margin of safety.

The power rating can actually mean a couple different things. In devices which primarily dissipate electric power or convert it into mechanical power, such as resistors, electric motors, and speakers, the power rating given is usually the maximum power that can be safely dissipated by the device. The usual reason for this limit is heat, although in certain electromechanical devices, particularly speakers, it is to prevent mechanical damage. .....

Drives are available in power ratings from 0.5 to 40 hp at 400 to 480 V, and are configurable for volts-per-hertz and sensorless vector applications. They meet global power ratings, packaging requirements and industrial standards including CSA, cUL, UL, C-Tick and CE. Compact size saves panel space.
