Subject: by virtue of the Council Regulation (EC) No 44/2001 of 22 December 2000 law The agreement contained in clause 15.1 above is included for the benefit of OOO __. Accordingly, notwithstanding the exclusive agreement in clause 16.1 above OOO __ shall retain the right to bring proceedings in any other court which has jurisdiction by virtue of the Council Regulation (EC) No 44/2001 of 22 December 2000 on jurisdiction and the enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters which came into force on 1 March 2002.
