Пожалуйста, помогите перевести: estate of the Policy Owner (наследники владельца полиса ???)

Выражение встречается в договоре страхования:
Beneficiary and Change of Beneficiary
If no Beneficiary is alive to receive a Death Benefit when payable, the Policy Owner or the estate of the Policy Owner will become the Beneficiary.
