The Seller shall notify the buyer of any preliminary shipment at least 30 days in advance. Но пусть еще кто-то скажет. |

Ну если еще кто-то должен сказать, могу предложить такой вариант: The Seller shall notify the Buyer of the advance shipment not later than in 30 days before the shipment. |
