Дайте для этого более широкий контекст. Интересно, что это в наше время проще выполнить вручную? :-)

Treasury management пока (!) перевела бы как управление финансовыми потоками.

- Банк в ближайшее время планирует/намерен расширить спектр услуг и продуктов, предлагаемых физическим лицам (и малым предприятиям - это в теории, смотрите по конкретному банку, кто у него входит в retail), ... и расширяя возможности доступа к/усовершенствуя механизм обслуживания клиентов за счет...

Частный клиент может быть понят как клиент на private banking, т.е. фактически на персональном обслуживании, т.е. я бы выбрала физические или частные ЛИЦА.
