Voting pass-marks shall reflect the following: и далее:

(a) Decisions requiring unanimous approval of the board shall include:

1) any work program and budget and financial statement;
2) application for ___'s licenses/rights and other matters; any investment or financial commitment exceeding USD __;
3) procurement, HSE and corporate responsibility policies;
4) organizational chart, etc....

(b) all other decisions shall require the affirmative vote of at least 6 members.
