Компания такая-то продает свою продукцию по контракту купли-продажи, который является неотъемлемым приложением к настоящему договору, а компания такая-то покупает эту продукцию (далее “Товар”) по специальным ценам и на специальных условиях на правах дистрибьютора.

перевожу ЭТО на англ., но не знаю как перевести правильно "на правах дистрибьютора" Помогите плиз.
эээээ shall sell its production under the sale and purchase agreement that is an integral annex to this agreement, and ээээээ shall buy this production (hereinafter referred to as the “Goods”) at the special prices and under the special terms ???????

shall sell its products under the sale and purchase agreement which is an integral part hereof.......... shall buy the said products products (hereinafter referred to as "the Goods”) at such special prices and on such special terms as it would have been entitled to had it acted as a distributor [of such Goods].
