Subject: Protector law In the case of a Trust or Settlement only the Trustees are permitted to act as authorised signatories. The Trustees shall, however, regularly report to the Settlor and/or Protector in respect of funds under their control.

| Protector - a person appointed by the settlor/grantor of a trust, who has limited powers to control the trustee. The protector usually has the right to change trustees. |
