Как будет - сниматься с регистрационного учета

Помогите, плиз, перевести вот такое предложение:

Если на момент продажи, в жилом помещении есть зарегистрированные лица, указание срока, в течение которого они должны сняться с регистрационного учета после продажи жилого помещения.

(это перечисляется, что должно быть указано в договоре купли-продажи жилого помещения)

ИМХО начало:

In case at the moment of sale there are registered owners of the real property, .....

Дальше что-то не могу. Хелп!
