Не могли бы вы пояснить различия между двумя этими словами? Какая разница между inquiry и enquiry?

Хорошо, а нет ли тут такой же зависимости, как, например, со словами иммигрант и эмигрант? Типа enquiry - это запрос, посылаемый мной, а inquiry - запрос, полученный мною?

Меня терзают смутные сомнения. Помогите! =))

Это одно и тоже, только два варианта для двух вариантов англ. языка(Amerenglish и BE).

it's about style at this point. which one do you think sounds best with your sentence?
