I)

Поставляемый Товар должен сопровождаться следующими документами:
- Упаковочный лист;
- Сертификат происхождения товара;
- Инвойс (коммерческий счет Продавца), содержащий:
номер контракта, страну происхождения товара, наименование Изготовителя, Получателя и Конечного Пользователя, а также перечень, количество и стоимость отгруженной партии Товара.

Delivered goods shall be accompanied by the following documents:
- Packing list;
- Certificate of origin;
- Invoice (SELLER’s commercial invoice), including:
contract number, country of origin of the goods, names of MANUFACTURER, CONSIGNEE, and END USER as well as the list, amount and the price of shipped consignment.

II)

В случае не поставки Товара, в указанный в П.4.2. настоящего Контракта срок Продавец обязуется возвратить сумму предоплаты на счет Покупателя в течение 5 дней с даты истечения срока поставки.

If the goods are not delivered on the date given in the paragraph 4.2 of present Contract, the SELLER shall refund the prepayment to the BUYERS’s account within 5 days since the expiration date.

III)

В случае просрочки не по вине Покупателя поставки против сроков, установленных настоящим Контрактом, Продавец выплачивает Покупателю неустойку в размере 0,1% от стоимости Контракта за каждый день просрочки поставки.

In case of delivery delay not due to Buyer’s fault, the Seller shall pay the forfeit to the Buyer at the rate of 0.1% of the contract cost for each day of delay.
