The staff of 'News on Sunday' considered the paper 'JUNK JOURNALISM' and AT ONE POINT proposed an advertising campaign with the slogan for their own paper: 'NO TITS BUT A LOT OF BALLS'. The campaign was, however, abandoned on the grounds of poor taste.

потому и подумал, что тут речь идет об ориентации журнала на "мужественную" аудиторию.

кстати, при внимательном прочтении поста поняла, 'NO TITS BUT A LOT OF BALLS' здесь про те balls, которые guts, раз *'News on Sunday' was ... a politically independent paper, owned by a TRUST and not by an ENTREPRENEUR. ... It was concerned to promote social justice...*. они смело обличать хотели язвы капитализьма, но из-за двусмысленности слоган сочли дурновкусием.
