Пожалуйста, подскажите, как перевести выражение "on a constant semi-annuity basis".

Выражение встречается в следующем контексте:

Repayment of a Tranche shall be made:
...in the case of a Fixed-Rate Tranche or a Revisable-Rate Tranche, either (i) by equal annual or semi-annual instalments of principal or (ii) on a constant semi-annuity basis, so that the aggregate of principal and interest payable in respect of the Tranche shall be nearly as possible the same on each repayment date; and
