Подруга обратилась за советом, есть группа деток 6 лет, 4 года и 11 месяцев (!), родители хотели бы чтобы к ним приходил нейтив на часик и разговаривал. Они хотят ессно без учебников, и вместе, чтобы пошерить расходы.

Подскажите, знающие люди, скока такое стоит в час//где брать

they have some good people working for them. Also, try posting something on expat.ru -- someone might nab this offer there.

And I wouldnt pay more than 30 green ones for an hour (especially if they do not have an educational backgroud or good work history with teaching)
no education: you might be able to get them for 20 bucks

but you will want to try for someone with teaching background - they will already have a lot of ideas and fun games to play with kids.

a lot of students studying here also check that pretty often for stuff like this to make some spare cash

and you know, if all they are going to do is blabble away at your children for an hour, it cant cost more than 30. that would be, excuse my language, bullshit.

i may be able to help you find one.
i know a guy who is the resident director for a moscow program here. his students are always looking for this kind of stuff.
i will give him a ring tonight and if he says anything useful i will let you know

but check out moscow times and expat.ru for sure

you may even find 15 to 20 an hour if the person is just here for a bit and isnt a professional

FYI: i used to charge 30-45/hour but that had real teaching involved.
dont get taken by some jerk who thinks he is hot stuff just b/c he is native

well, maybe they charge it, but these folks wont give it so they will have to take what they get. like i said, 30 is an average price.
so try placing an add here too. as far as i remember, this is a pretty well-known, reputable and busy organization.

i still havent called that guy though (i will call when i leave work)

Yeah, if he has any students who have been asking about this kind of thing, I will e-mail you his number so you can call him directly about it.
And if no one has asked him about it, I will ask him to ask them if anyone is interested. Sometimes, folks don't even know that this is an option until he asks them if someone might be interested.

oh i am young, but had some experiences (good and bad) which have made it hard at times to relate to my same-aged friends back home and it makes me feel like a foggie at times :)
