Пожалуйста, помогите перевести.

Выражение встречается в следующем контекст:

Дистрибьютер обязуется не рекламировать Товары, не открывать филиалы или сбытовые базы для размещения товаров за пределами Территории. (я думаю distribution of Products, но может есть еще како-то синоним?)

что-то Территория мне попадалась - вот цитаты из некого контракта, авторы - англичане
2.4 The Distributor shall:
2.4.1 not purchase the Products for re-sale in the Territory from any person, other than the Company; and
2.4.2 not without the prior consent in writing of the Company be concerned or interested either directly or indirectly in the design, manufacture, production, importation, distribution or advertisement of any goods which compete with the Products in the Territory except if the Company’s Products are unable to meet the requirements of the end user in which case the Distributor may distribute goods meeting such requirements which compete with the Products.
2.5 The Company may, at any time on not less than one (1) months’ notice, add products to, or remove products from, the list of Products set out in Schedule 1.
10.1 The Distributor undertakes to the Company that at all times during the continuance of the Appointment it shall:
10.1.1 use its best endeavours to promote and extend sales of the Products throughout the Territory to all potential purchasers thereof, including promoting the products at local and national exhibitions and organising trade conferences, and work diligently to obtain orders therefore;
10.1.2 conduct its business in accordance with the highest business standards and will not do any act which will or may reflect adversely upon the business integrity or goodwill of the Company;
10.1.3 not, in areas outside the Territory which the Company has either reserved for itself or exclusively allocated to another distributor, without the previous consent in writing of the Company either directly or through any agent:
(a) solicit customers for the Products; or
(b) establish or maintain any branch office or other sales outlet or storage depot for the purposes of the sale or distribution of the Products;
