Subject: из контракта Стороны договорились, что во всей документации, непосредственно или косвенно касающейся исполнения этого Контракта, включая сам Контракт в части условий поставки Товара, считается условия поставки СІР Киев, Украина(Инкотермс 2000) вместо СІР Бердичев, Украина (Инкотермс 2000).

| The parties agree that as regards any documentation concerning, either directly or indirectly, the performance of this Contract, including the Contract itself inasmuch as it relates to the Goods delivery terms, the delivery terms shall be deemed to be CIP Kiev, Ukraine, in lieu of CIP Berdichev, Ukraine. |
