вот с miripravo.ru В случае, если данный Контракт не может быть выполнен по любой причине, выходящей за рамки разумного контроля любой из сторон и являющейся результатом форс-мажорных обстоятельств, таких, как война, забастовки, наводнения, стихийные бедствия, то подобное неисполнение обязательств по договору любой из сторон не будет считаться нарушением данного Контракта. In the event that this Contract cannot be performed or its obligations fulfilled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of either party to this Contract as a result of such events as war industrial action floods or Acts of God then such non-performance or failure to fulfil its obligations by any such party shall be deemed not to be a breach of this Contract.
