The nail must not be inserted in the bones where the medullary cavity is very narrow because of the danger of nail incarceration or elongation of the bone with fragment diastasis at the fracture site.

You must not insert the nail with heavy mallet blows!

In these cases you should use the straight wires of the BTR intramedullary set for bundle nailing of the ulna which is as satisfactory as the BTU nail. This type of nailing is recommended for more experienced surgeons only.

Конечно я тащусь от этих каталогов..
это уже не nails..

а что это за аббревиатуры - я не знаю. Я такие не встречал. Неужели их е расшифровывают в каталоге? может тогда их так и оставлять? Или спросить начальника/заказчика, как поступить.

понятно только, что в этих аббревиатурах U- ulna, R- radius.
что такое BT - не знаю..
