If the sample gave an optical signal < 2 OD450nm in the screening test, use the following distribution protocol:
Dispense in A1, or control well:
A1 20 µl Reagent II + 200 µl sample (control)
Dispense in B1, or confirmatory well:
B1 20 µl Reagent I + 200 µl sample (confirmation)
