Дорогие коллеги, хочу уточнить правильно ли я понимаю значение текста - вопрос жизни и смерти.

Your arguments have nevertheless been taken into account, and our commercial management is prepared -exceptionally and without prejudice to our rights- to cancel your order after the second period of publication (2007 - 2008),i.e. AGAINST settlement of our second invoice which will be issued on 06.06.2007

имеется ввиду ВЗАМЕН НА? или нет?
