Насколько я понимаю в этой части Экспонент имеет право на возвращение им оплаченных сумм?

ну с этой фразой вроде понятно: ... остаток любых находящихся у (него) денежных средств, предлежащих возмещению/возврату EXHIBITOR.

Но сейчас еще раз все прочитала, и что-то мне показалось, что какие-то куски выпали из текста, нет?
