что такое "liquidated amount"?

The indemnities in this Clause 15 and in Clause 8.4 constitute separate and independent obligations from the other obligations in this Deed, will each give rise to a separate and independent cause of action, will each apply irrespective of any indulgence granted by the Trustee and/or any Noteholder and will each continue in full force and effect despite any judgment, arbitral award, order, claim or proof for a liquidated amount in respect of any sum due under this Deed, the Guarantee and/or the Notes or any other judgment, arbitral award or order.

в Clause 15 and in Clause 8.4 оговорены некие (вам виднее) заранее оцененные убытки, которые подлежат взысканию с виновной стороны по предъявлению ей any judgment, arbitral award, order, claim or proof for суммы оцененных убытков
