Хотя бы поясните, что за лекарство, для чего используется и т.д.
Это ведь не таблеточки, а что-то нетривиальное, типа препаратов в стоматологии? Что за полость такая?

Это стоматологическая паста. А сложности следующие>
1.up to the tip in the X-ray
2.paper tips

Полость> имеется ввиду зубная полость или полость зуба, типа для пломбированния.

Prepare the cavity using mechanical and chemical procedures (sodium hypochlorite and hydrogen peroxide solution) up to the tip in the X-ray. Dry with paper tips and fill the cavity with paste, using a spiral stopper. Put in a wad pellet and close the cavity provisionally.

2 weeks later at the earliest:
Percussion test: If this is positive, repeat the filling procedure. Otherwise, wash the paste from the cavity with saline solution and fill the cavity using an accepted method. Control by X-ray. Close the cavity.

Pulpitis prevention for live teeth after serious cavity or stump preparations:

Cover parts of the dentin near to the pulp or insert provisional crowns and bridges with paste. Then cover with any dental cement.
Paste can also be used as temporary medicinal filling in all kinds and methods of root canal treatment.

Dry with paper tips - осушить (промокательной) бумагой. Затрудняюсь перевести tips одним словом, но, видимо, бумагу надо скрутить в жгутик (чтобы в полость забраться) :-).
