* I am a little confused by the word "сделка" here. Is it referring to a Contract, or is it sort of an "agreement to argee," an agreement in principle? If it is the former, then, I think, I would use the word Contract. If it is the latter, then, maybe we should translate it as "Offer". Consequently, we will be talking about acceptance of non-acceptance of the offer by the breaching party. But then again, if it is only an offer, then how can it be breached? Anyway, forgive my rambling. Hopefully it will point you at least in the right direction....
