Можно Operating Company перевести как Действующая фирма???within [ ] Business Days of such notice (and in any event before it takes such action), notify ХХХ as to whether or not it intends to take any step to demand repayment of any liability owed by Owner [and/or the Operating Company] under the Finance Documents or otherwise to enforce its rights under the Finance Documents; and ХХХ, at its election, may before the expiry of the [ ] Business Days referred to in Clause 5.1 serve upon the Bank a notice stating that ХХХ intends to cure the Default. In the event ХХХ serves such a notice and where, as a consequence of the occurrence of the Default the Bank has the right to take any step to demand repayment of any liability owed by the Owner and/or the Operating Company, as the case may be, to the Bank under the Finance Documents or otherwise enforce its rights or the rights of the Bank under the Finance Documents or exercise its right to appoint an administrator in respect of the Owner and/or the Operating Company, as the case may be:
(a) ХХХ shall have the right to cure such Default during the period of [ ] Business Days following the HIC’s notice; and
(b) the Bank shall delay taking such action during such period of [ ] Business-Day period.
