Вот контекст, в котором встречается выражение:

Что такое domicile account???

The Employer provides the Employee with VIP-services in the selected bank which include: the Employee’s salary currency exchange (complete or partial at the Employee’s wish), to US dollars and transfer to the account (accounts), stated by the Employee, to the Employee’s domicile account (accounts) exclusively. All expenses on such currency exchange and money transfer are the responsibility of the Employer.

Подозреваю, что Capability based search across industries - это поиск по заданным параметрам (т.е. они ищут не просто любые подходящие для приобретения объекты, а отвечающие определенным (узким) критериям). ИМХО.
