References/resources/guidelines for translating technical texts into Russian

Could you please provide me with the style guides or any other resources discussing the rules of Russian translation. For example, I use MSTP (Microsoft style guide) which is useful for writing texts in English.. Is there any equivalent reference guide in Russian that would explain in full detail all the nuances of translating technical texts into Russian.
