Subject: from 1st till 10th
Пожалуйста, помогите перевести:

"заявки принимаются с 1ого по 10ое число каждого месяца". Можно сказать "from 1st till 10th every month"? или нет?

till это тоже включительно.

а вот мне совсем не нравится... особенно когда у автора вопроса в предложенном им варианте отсутствует артикль the и слово day. и of, конечно же.

from... to.. к периоду времени не применяется (распространенная ошибка, нас в нее не раз носом тыкали, поэтому 100 раз проверено)

Вы можете сказать, что билеты стоят от 5 до 10 рублей - тут пожалуйста - from..to.

from - till (или through).

From ... to (or till) is another pair of prepositions whose locative meaning is transferred to duration. The AmE alternative expression (from)...through avoids the ambiguity as to whether the period mentioned second is included in the total span of time.
