I just like testing you all.

Was wondering if you ask: А тебе не кажется, что ему не нужно это?

And if the answer is: Kажется.

Would that mean "I agree, mne ne kazhetsia" OR "I disagree, mne kazhetsia".

It's driving me up the wall. If it is the first option, I would like to say that it's the silliest example of how impossible russian is that I have ever come across.
