i would suggest that you could find many offers through google by asking "коммерческое предложение"

i need to write one for a bank which wants to get more involved in the area of international trade and investment

i have to write it in english but i am wondering what russian ones usually look like so that i will know when i have to give the english to the boss and he asks where the _______ is.
i am curious if there are differences between the way they are written in russia and in europe.
