the thing is that they dont want it done that way becasue they dont have an english name in their charter. and is it ltd. or llc? |

| ну вы что какое еще ООО в документе на английском языке. Здесь точность нужна, а соответственно юридический статус компании должен быть четко сформулирован, кто там будет разбираться, что такое ООО. |
| If you want to be very exact, then it's Kompaniya. When I have to transliterate, I do it depending on the mood, I think, 'cause it can actually be both. E.g. when they issue Russian passports for travelling, they have a special system but there are several ways of spelling the same letter. |

as for Company Z - i guess i will go with Kompaniya as for OOO - we did this: Natsionalnaya Finansovaya Grupa, OOO (National Financial Group, LLC) thanks a bunch guys! |
