у меня уже мозги набекрень, я запуталась в конструкции... кто должен выполнять планы? команда или отдельный человек?))

после than не должно быть запятой more often than not - скорее да, чем нет

это скорее задача команды, а не отдельно взятого человека

в том то и дело, что в тексте именно тут стоит запятая! может опечатка... это меня и сбило... пасиб!))
