Пожалуйста, помогите разобраться с переводом слова execution. Просто "исполнение", "выполнение", "реализация" не подходят по моему контексту... Нужна какая-то законченная конструкция.

И ещё проблема с переводом "comes of age" - я перевела как "формирование стратегии исполнения", но это малость натянуто, ведь дословно речь о совершеннолетии...

3. Execution Has to Be in the Culture: Execution has to be embedded in the
rewards system and in the norms of behavior. Look for deviations from
desired managerial tolerances. Execution only works as a widespread collective effort, not on an individual basis.

В голову приходит что-то типа "достижение результата, ориентация на результат, целеустремленность, реализация поставленных задач"...

ИМХО, одним словом перевести вряд ли получиться, придется как-то расшифровывать.
А насчет comes of age, словарь еще дает "достигать зрелости, складываться, развиваться", так что вариантов много.
