Procedure. The Board of Directors is entitled to make resolution in the procedure issues concerning the procedures raised by the Shareholders. When the proposals are to be split or merged, the consent of the one who raise the proposal should be obtained. If he/she doesn’t consent to any modification, the Chairman of the Shareholders’ Meeting can appeal a resolution to the Shareholders’ Meeting regarding procedure issues and discuss the proposal in compliance with the procedures settled in the Shareholders’ Meeting.
