Subject: proposal for appropriation When the principal shareholder raises a new proposal for appropriation, he/she should raise the proposal to the Board of the Directors in advance of 10 days to the annual meeting date for their announcement. If the advance period is less than 10 days, the principle shareholder shouldn’t raise new proposal for appropriation in the annual shareholders’ meeting.Что это за предложение такое, подскажите, пожалуйста.
