worldwide and limited license law

I'm not very knowledgeable in legal terms but am tasked to prepare a license agreement for our software product. Currently, i'm using similar resources available in the Internet. So far, it's been almost all clear..but i came across these terms (in different licenses, but nonetheless unclear). Could you help me to clarify what stands behind these two terms "worldwide license" and "limited license"

The context is as follows:

"BBB hereby grants You a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license, subject to third party intellectual property claims"
