не могу никак понять, что такое reduction franchise и PLN... помогите их перевести...
контекст следующий: the first loss - financial responsibility up to PLN 1.500 of the so-called reduction franchise, suspended to the third loss
это из правил эксплуатации служебных автомобилей.
