IMHO:
In the event of partially paid shares, any member may sell or otherwise dispose of the member's share in the company to the extent of the paid up value of the share only.

Any member with partially paid shares wishing to (sell or otherwise) dispose of its/his share may only do so to the extent of...

...prior to making full payment for shares/prior to payment in full...
