i have a few questions... not long and not hard i am sure for you native speakers....:) but i am stuck
ANY HELP PEOPLE CAN GIVE WOULD BE TRULY APPRECIATED! THANKS!

1. what is equal charge here and what is subordiante charge?
original:
Please give details of any assets whether or not formally charged to teh bank.

if formally charged, give details of the security including the date and type of charge. if a security is limited in amount or to a specific borrowing, or if there is to your knowledge a prior, equal or subordiante charge, please indicate.

translation:
Если были отнесены на счёт банка,
предоставьте подробности залога,
включая дату и вид издержки. Если залог
ограничен по сумме или по определенному
займу или, если есть по вашим сведениям
издержки, предварительного типа, equal или subordinate,
то следует указать

3. DEED BOXES?
original:
please give full details of cutomer's other assets held, including share certificates,documents of title, deed boxes and any otehr items listed your registers maintained for the purpose of recording assets held.
translation:
Укажите все подробности других имуществ клиента,
включая сертификаты на акции, правоустанавливающие
документы, deed boxes и другие перечисленные в ваших
реестрах с целью отметить капитал, выложенный в банк

is all that bad that no one can help? i honestly have no clue what the heck a eaual or subordinante charge will be or what the heck a deed box is doing in the second question.....

charge и charged - это залог/предоставлено в залог, type of charge - конкретный вид обеспечения/залога. Так же требуется указать, если обеспечение (исполнения обязательств перед банком) ограничено по сумме или распространяется на конкретное заимствование/задолженность по конкретному кредиту, и если существуют залоговые обязательства (?), приоритетные в отношении данного обязательства, имеющие равный с ним статус или второстепенные по отношению к нему (второй очереди?).

assets - либо активы, либо имуществО

реестры учета активов/имущества (переданного в банк в качестве обеспечения??? - не очень понятно).

Лучше бы, конечно, юристы посмотрели.

yes i am a native. yes i do some interpreting and translating but i dont tend to call myself a translator or interpreter by profession since i stink at it. i tend to call myseld a facilitator :)
i "know" russian. i studied in the US at my university and then i came here (to moscow) to study on a foreign language exchange program and have since remained here trying to eek out an existence in a place which somehow makes more sense to me than the homeland yada-yada-yada.

insane looking elephant - весь дом заполнен такими монстрами. Что стало с игрушками? Смотришь на них и думаешь - либо дебил, либо урод. ... Но, наверное, дело во мне: купила дочке сборник русских народных - ну что ни страница, приходится перелистывать и на ходу сочинить связку: сплошной разбой, насилие, скудоумие... Irisha, мдя... не знаю на счет русских, не читала... Но вот у меня брат смотрит американские (прошу прощения :))) ) фильмы, и он просто невминяемый становится - такой грубый и жестокий, просто страшно... А вроде не такой маленький - 14 лет, вроде клэпки должно хватать уже...

dont know that its our films.... nature has something to do with it too :) and if he is still young, he shouldnt be watching movies with a lot of guns and gore and scary things anyhow... i was never allowed to. though i always peeked around the door frame and scared myseld half to death when my older syblings were watching freddy krueger :)
you should have him watch films like "chicken little" or "wallace and grommit" or "around the world in 80 days" or something for kids, not for adults... thats why i hate when people here let their 10 year old watch the 9:30 movies on STS - they are not for kids, usually.
