Можно ли second ranking security перевести ка "обеспечение второго порядка"? Или как еще? Контекст вот он:

Security granted to Assignor:
Land charge in the amount of … on factory premises (адрес и т.п.).
As far as the above Security is not needed to repay Facility A, it shall secure Facility Band such other facilities as set out in the Security Pooling Agreement No. … dtd … (second ranking security).
